Investigate unused features

We have a handful of features that are fully baked with controllers, views, routes, etc., but there isn't a way to access them from the UI. They are the features associated with this chunk of the routes.rb:

My hunch is that as we shifted to the newer "resources" interface where versioning is handled, some of this (or all) just became obsolete. Worth investigating. We may want to remove this code if it's not being used.
