Black screen on windows 7 64 bits

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.I have installed game and library form creative labs
2.I have executed it game starts and i see a black screen i can hear sound whne 
i move cursor but i can't see anything
3.Run as administrator not helps, run as compatibility w xp sp3 not works
computer is sony vaio vgn-21s sysem windows 7 64 bits

Ups, 

This kind of issues are hard to solve without access to the hardware... :(

Can you try to go windowed by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Enter?
Can you tell me which graphics card are you using?
Have your computer a secondary monitor or a TV?
Does you vaio have an stamina switch? Have you tested it in both positions?

Can you run debugview before launching the game and send its output?
DebugView is a tool from Microsoft, it requires no installation an can be 
downloaded in the following link
