Our Laravel API calls the Google Drive API using https://github.com/pulkitjalan/google-apiclient to create documents. We are getting the following error log in AWS, blocking document generation within our app

We're sorry... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries.

The error and blocked usage is intermittent. It will work resume working the following day after the error has initially occurred.

Looking at our quotas/usage we are nowhere near the limit
