Reason for request

I lost access to my primary email address (dont work at that university anymore).

• I still have 2FA, username & password.
• I still have 7 out of 8 recovery codes and the pypi token, but it seems I cannot use them to change my primary email. (In contrary to what i have to click below in order to create this issue)

Can you please instead make my gmail addresse as the primary addresse? Thank you.
