As per digital signatures on the currently available admin installer, the signing certificate has expired.

This needs to be renewed asap for the installer to continue functioning in controlled enterprise environments.

Thanks for the heads up.
We are aware of this, we are on it.
It takes slightly more time than it should, as we would like to move the certificate from being owned by @eirannejad to being owned by pyrevitlabs.io to ensure sustainability. Will keep you posted.
