Make language system more "normal"

Pyrodactyl uses language system from Pterodactyl that works only in some places and cannot be selected by user. It will be good if there was language system that will be implemented better than in pterodactyl

Describe the solution you'd like.

Translation system where you can translate every message in panel with button in account settings where you can select personal language for panel
