PyElastica is the python implementation of Elastica, a free and open-source software project for the simulation of assemblies of slender, one-dimensional bodies using Cosserat rod theory, which provides a powerful and versatile framework for modeling the dynamics of slender structures interacting among themselves and with their environment.
