Add ,,secret menu,,

Hi , I tried to add some extra menu , but with out luck , what I wanted to do add some extra menu to the flysky fsi 6 to do some fine tuning for the rc car , like in mission planer for example , I wasn't sure if I have to do in menu or just simply mod one of the sensor , I use arduino mega for my autonomus car
