Integrate ORCID's public API search for person query

What are you missing?

A way to easily search for researchers in the context of project contact metadata.

Currently, one would need to have the current name and email address add hand, but if the person has an public ORCID record, this information is publicly available anyhow.

Why do you need a solution?

It is taking a long time to fill up the project contact information and drops my motivation to maintain metadata for the project.

@Steffengreiner I would like to also give this some prio, since the provisioning of contact metadata is a huge pain point in the story of project creation.

UI Suggestions for selecting Project Contacts:

In this option, we can have all 3 possibilities of selecting the project contact in one combo box. This way it takes extra space only if the person is not in the search list, thus making it less cluttered.
