Container unhealthy /bin/sh: /entrypoint: not found

Hi all - getting the above message relating to container health.... I'm guessing it's a config error on my part as I've not seen any other reports. Currently running at 166 failures with an uptime of 14 mins. Any ideas how to resolve?
