Add CDT support for QCS9100, like it was done for RB3 Gen2.
Fixes qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom#706

Please rebase.

The CDT file is available for some QCS9100 based machines, such as
sa8775p-ride-sx, let's fetch the files, so that we can use the CDT.
