Feature request - motif discovery

Maybe we could do some feature with the matrix profile? (Motif/anomaly discovery) This may introduce stumpy as a dependency probably so I'm not sure if viable.

Hi, @martinberoiz! In case it matters, with STUMPY, the only additional dependency you'll be adding under the hood is Numba (as STUMPY only depends on NumPy, SciPy, and Numba). Additionally, I may be biased but, with 100% unit test code coverage in STUMPY, there is relatively low risk for high rewards.

Well status: I worked the entire Friday on trying to integrate this. And I had to move a lot of internal feets stuff (I was in a non-ideal state). As the project is going to rewrite its extractor dispatcher to parallelize it. I am simplifying code and tests. So please patience. It will probably release a beta version in April for us to test.
