Publish Directus images to ghcr.io/radiorabe #15

We are currently using upstream Directus images. If these images fulfill our uses cases, then all is well and we can stick using them.

Reasons for publishing a Directus image might include:

Injecting the RaBe internal root CA certificate
Pre-installing Directus plugins at build-time
Getting around any potential rate-limits, if there are any in the upstream regitstry

I'm not sure if any of these apply.

@AareFabrik Do we need a Directus image on our registry as well?
