Implement staking page with dummy data

What we want for the staking page is a simple basic solo ticket buying page. Here's a previously implemented staking page. For this task though, our aim is to be very basic. Any field that can be omitted to make it as simple as possible should be implemented. An example could be omitting the VSP host field.
