Default completion_language for some courses? #1012

If there is no language set in user_course_settings, then the completion language will be empty as well. This is okay for the most courses, but for example in older registrations in EoAI we (I think) don't have anything set in the settings. Should we have a specific field in course for this or just hard code it somewhere?
