dependency versions causing troubles

Needed dependency versions

Newer versions might not work, at least they didnt work for me
Not sure what the oldest usable versions would be, but the following worked for me
Packer 1.8.7
Vagrant 2.3.7

I hope this will eventually be put into the readme.
Trying the newest versions of packer and vagrant leads to alot of errors which can be resolved by downgrading.

Thought Id leave this here in case someone gets the same errors as me.

I agree with above, on MAC 14.5
also needed virtual box 7.0.4 AND!!! virtual box

if you have no loaded vbox before - you will need to allow a few items in system settings might hang a few times
