gocubical --help results in an ImportError. 3.9 works OK. Not sure if this is worth a fix even? But certainly worth updating the requirements.

I will make an effort to figure out how difficult it would be to keep things working. For anyone who chances upon this issue, please consider using QuartiCal.

I think a version pin is probably effort enough.
