Add support for circular polarisation filename schemas in FitsBeamSourcerProvider #177

FitsBeamSourceProvider currently only searches for files matching a linear correlation pattern ('XX', 'XY', 'YX', 'YY').

Provide an option to match a circular correlation pattern ('RR', 'RL', 'LR', 'LL').
