Change KPI names on Dashboard (Excel file)

Hi Michael & Simon,

In our Methodology & Dataset group there has been a decision made to change the names of our KPI's. These changes need to be reflected on our dashboard.

Would it be possible to change the KPI names on the Excel file for the dashboard to the following: (The column name does not need any changing only the categories)

1: Paediatrician with expertise in Epilepsy within 2 weeks
2: Access to Epilepsy Specialist Nurse
3a. Tertiary Input
3b. Epilepsy Surgery Referral
4. ECG
5. MRI within 6 weeks
6. Assessment of Mental Health Issues
7. Mental Health Support
8. Medication and Reproduction Risks
9a. Care Planning Agreement
9b. Care Planning Components
10. School Individual Health Care Plan

I can then work with Saira to make sure that the changes are reflected on the dashboard.

Sure @SAbdin93. Do these need to be reflected in the online audit forms and reports (eg organisation view and audit view), or just the spreadsheet?

@eatyourpeas I think for now can we make the changes to the spreadsheet?

The changes will need to be made on the online audit forms eventually but I will confirm with you when NR is back from leave, as to when.

Hi Simon, please could these changes also be made on the platform as you've suggested so that there is alignment across teh different sites:

• KPI export (excel file)
• Within the 'patient performance summary' tab within the audit records

• On the live KPI dashboard on the organisation view page:

Could we say by the end of Feb please? It's not super urgent, but the sooner we can get them updated the better. However, urgent issues needed for the annual analyses would trump this one.
