Offline support

Nurses often use the calculator bedside on their phones in areas with spotty connectivity. It would be useful if the calculator worked offline, as the Excel spreadsheet already does.

We can explore making it a Progressive Web App to work offline. That would also have the fun side benefit that it would be installable to the home screen.
