as per the specification

@param[out] level - Pointer to Dialog Enhancement level (Value ranges from 0 to 12(as per 2.6 IDK) or 0 to 16(as per 2.4.1 IDK))

So the test_l2_dsAudio_SetAndGetDialogEnhancement should test from 0 to 12 or 16 according to the version.

Add additional option in YAML to read the version and adjust the values accordingly in test.
