Need a button 'Only Mail' when asking for the phone no

Many a time employer only want interested candidates to contact over email. The current implementation makes it mandatory to input a 10 digit phone number. On top of that, a button should be placed with the question Their 10 Digit Phone No (e.g. 0123456789) to skip it.
