hello everyone,
I am trying to create android application project on eclipse neon but the error res\values\styles.xml:7: error: Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name 'Theme.AppCompat.Light'. is occurring repeatedly and I am unable to create new android application project, please help me with suitable solution.

Hi - I don't know where the 'Theme.AppCompat.Light' value came from. Is this something that you modified?
