Describe your enhancement

Greetings,
I am currently porting AP to 1.21.1 while also switching to RS2.
One thing I noticed, that they aren't any sourceJars published in the maven repository, so browsing through the project while in the IDE can be a pain in the ass since they are just decompiled .class files
