Translating the content to other languages.

I would love to translate the content of phppackagechecklist.com to Arabic, since the content is very valuable. I would suggest a feature of multi-language support.

I would suggest two ways to implement this if I may.

1. By having folders under root with the short code of a language, e.g. ar, fr, etc. And inside the folder a file with the name of index.html.
2. By having index-[short code of language].html files in the root directory.

You might notice, that Arabic is right-to-left language, so, I might suggest to have a .scss file of declaring the direction and alignments of a document.
