Mimic TA3 and use large modal with Table of Contents

@hefnerj1 - I'm thinking this could be useful for first time users of the application. Is this something you could write up? I think it should go over the Settings screen, the Case Info screen, the Analysis screen, and Results. I don't think it needs to include details about how to score the traits, or what each trait means, but mostly just how to use the application and do certain functions.

We probably will need some sort of other document or Help menu item that pertains to scoring and analyzing the results.
