Provide translations among natural languages for user-facing text:

  • root README
  • CLI messages

Comments in the source code will not be translated.

I began work for Spanish translation of root README. The file is named README_es.md
When in doubt, prefer the latin american style.

I've ripped out the md files and the majority of files that had column headers and translated into a template and an example Spanish docs folder. Hope this helps in some way Slivingston.
