Stop an image being able to be uploaded multiple times

Use download filename?

Provider__fileid ??

Query files table to ensure it doesn't exist, if it does, just return the file ID instead of re-downloading.

This issue has been duplicated to a discussion to clear the issue board 🪄
It will be handled sometime in the future as my time is limited. The extension as-provided works for now. 🎨
