Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When releasing the v3.3.0 version of reviewpad we couldn't use the version v1.0.0.

Describe the solution you'd like
Find out why we couldn't do it - the assumption is that it related to the go.mod being in a directory and not in the root of the GitHub repository
