Yes, I have given microphone access in browser to no avail. Desktop shouldn't need any special permissions as far as I'm aware. I am using Linux, Manjaro-XFCE specifically. |
I'm experiencing the same on Arch Linux with KDE using Firefox. The bug is also there on my iPhone with the latest stable version of iOS. EDIT: Just tested it on Windows 10 (20H2), using latest Chrome and latest Firefox. In both the browser and standalone app the Microphone selection underneath 'Voice Settings' is absent any input device, despite other apps being able to detect it and use it.
