• How do i specify a target branch and to generate notes for builds related to PRs/Commits associated with it?
• Specifying to and from build ranges gets me items from the past which shouldnt be part of the release notes. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot to get to the exact cause? How to fix it?
  For e.g. A Bug item closed on 30/08 shouldn't have appeared on the notes generated from 3rd Oct - 18th Oct. This Item was closed as a part of Sprint 15 and shouldn't have appeared in Sprint 20/21's release notes for above date range

The release notes are generated based on the branch the pipeline ran against (and the branches of consumed artifacts) - you have no direct control over the branch

re: 2nd Q; Dont think the build ID window is bringing back correct results.

Title on the release notes looks incorrect. The content doesn't appear to be correct as well. Appreciate your comments/suggestions

The to and from buildIDs are just passed into Azure DevOps REST API calls that return the WI & CS between the two points. You can make the same calls yourself in a browser to see what will be returned.

I do no extra processing for the basic associated items. You can see all the logic in log

Looks like, from and to worked better when i queried changes between builds.
