I just used snf.snf() to get a similarity matrix. When I set the same K value, I just found the returning matrix is not same with the original R package.Could anyone tell me why?

I'm having the same problem, how did you end up solving it? And I found that the size difference between the modules after clustering is too large, and some modules only have 4 samples.
