Need better (any) benchmarks to figure out when to upgrade dorado, etc. mamba installs dorado 0.7.2, current is 0.9.0.

FYI, we install conda through the hcc channel, and they haven't upgraded dorado yet.

HCC does not update very often, we should probably find a more robust way to grab dorado. ONT only provides releases through GitHub.
