Confirm TAs (Nathaly and Ilin)
Set up TA stipend
E-mail program directors about student enrollment
Confirm enrollment from other programs
Set up Posit Cloud (Aug 1 start)
Update program retreat dates on syllabus (MOLB is Oct 16-18)
Send welcome e-mail (includes/_welcome-email.qmd) (Aug 1)

After class ends

Submit final grades
Submit a room request for next Fall (AHSB 2201)
