I had used this initially when it was released. Great tool! It worked very well. I'm revisiting it now and did a fresh clone and have noticed that the segmentation does not work nearly as well as before. It actually can't segment at all. I've spent about 30 mins messing with it and it just picks random things and looks like splatter. It hasn't been able to grab simple shapes like boxes, etc.
I am still using vit_h. I still have the old download and tried both files. The checkpoints aren't the issue. I also just ran the old repo on the same computer and it works just fine.
Something was changed in the ros_sam repo (or rqt fork?) which has broken the tool unfortunately.
Has something changed that I can change back? The only thing I can think of is that there are some settings that need tweaking in the RQT interface like 'opacity' or something.
Thanks!

sorry to only see this now. I don't seem to get automatic notifications for this repo. Is this issue still relevant to you? If yes, do you have example images that demonstrate the problem. I think neither of us have changed anything about the repo since its release, so this is an interesting problem.
