Failed builds do not automatically report or generate any notification on failure.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Peridot should have the ability to allow pluggable modules or a way to fire off API calls to bug trackers or emails at worse during build or task failures.

Have you considered alternative solutions/features? If so, please describe them.
