[BUG] Group of polygons on same warning level selected instead of clicked polygon

Describe the bug

This happens for floods when a trigger is issued. When you click any polygon, all the polygons on the same warning level are selected instead of only the clicked feature, and polygons on other warning levels are "hidden". You need to click the same polygon twice to select only that one and zoom to it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to Uganda or Zambia
2. Switch to Floods (check if trigger warning issued)
3. Click any polygon in low or medium warning or trigger issued
4. Observe described behaviour

Expected behavior

When you click on a polygon, only that polygon is selected.
