Looks like http://steamworkshop.download/ can't download this file.

For temporary solution you can:

  1. Replace index.js with new version from my PR. Downloader will skip mods that can't be downloaded.
    Or
  2. In "downloads" folder create empty .zip archives with names of mods that cant be downloaded. Downloader will skip them.

In both cases to download problematic mods use another services like https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/.

what if the mod name has some characters that cant be in an .zip file like | or "name"
