The 'New Ontology' dialog box

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Either select 'New Ontology' from the menu, or use the command-key shortcut
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dialog box is smaller than the text boxes, and it lacks the ability to be 
resized.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SWOOP 2.3 Beta on OSX
