ros-noetic/octomap_ros wants ros-noetic/octomap. ros-noetic/ratbmap_ros wants sci-libs/rtabmap, which wants /sci-libs/octomap.
This creates a conflict. Given that octomap is not strictly speaking part of ROS, maybe this package should be moved out of ros-noetic and moved in sci-libs. I don't know about the other octomap packages (apart from octomap_ros).

Using only sci-libs/octomap solved linking issues (I guess using only the one in ros-noetic would have as well but this would have implied modifying a package not in ROS).
