[Request] Exhaustion customisation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Normally when you take a long rest you can lower your exhaustion by 1 level, but personally we play that that can only happen if you are in a save environment like a tavern or a mansion, not while camping on the frozen tundra.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if you could add a button to the exhaust mechanics thst if people don't eat they still get exhaustion but even when they test it isn't lowered

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing it all manually without the exhaustion automation

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have marked this as "Help Wanted" because I probably won't implement this feature.

However, the module is open source, so if you or anyone else wants to implement this feature, feel free to create a pull request!
