File names with the character '#' was not supported

The URL path can contain the # symbol, but it has a specific purpose. In URLs, the # symbol is used to separate the main path (i.e. the path portion of the URL) from the anchor point (i.e. an identifier on the page).
matters needing attention
#The latter part will not be sent to the server, so it is mainly used for client processing.
In the browser, the part after # does not affect the actual loading of the page, it only changes the display of the browser address bar.
Perhaps you can achieve error free deployment by automatically replacing the # symbol with another one, but I don't think you should include a hyphen in the file name
