⭐️ 需求描述

程序运行久了，会很多防护日志，建议支持防护日志定期清理策略，比如只保留60天的日志，另外防护日志里面可以删除之前的日志，避免磁盘满了

感谢反馈，系统参数里面有 delete_history_log_day 默认是180天
