⭐️ 需求描述

目前网站禁止国外ip访问，但是国内部分ip存在恶意扫描，每次需要手动添加。
目前可以通过web界面手动一个一个添加黑名单。
如果可以通过txt批量新增，或者通过其他方式能一键添加扫描主机就很好了
