Users should be able to hide/dismiss co-reqs and pre-reqs for any given class. Right now errors are very prominent, and sometimes users may have course overrides or there may be banner errors for pre/co-reqs.

As such, we should design a way to allow users to dismiss/hide these errors so it does not get in the way of their experience with the planner.
