Expand terse definitions (the same vs. id.) #388

While looking at CAE for sUtraDAra,
I came across the following entry. It is difficult to make out what the words 'the same' would mean if one does not have access to previous entry. It would be better if we can resolve such references and incorporate it in data itself. That would help users to know the definition without going to the scan page.
It was a space saving activity for printing technology of that time. In digital world, this restriction can be done away with. This exercise is worthwhile to take up across all dictionaries.

There is another such way ('id.') mostly seen in MW.

We have spoken about it in the past. As I remember Jim telling that at least for MW it's not that easy at all. @funderburkjim am I right?
