List of Derived Data from Cologne Dictionaries

@funderburkjim , as discussed in our 2025 January call, I would want to start compiling a list of websites I'm aware of, that are using Cologne data. For example:

Would it be possible for me using github and not having access to a server, to have a page which I could update on a regular basis without bothering anyone else?
