In addition to the corrections mentioned in #16, the vcp-meta2 (AB response).txt file
contains some additional observations.

I'm copying those additional comments here for future consideration.

As there are quite many missings of quote marks in the text (as compared to the print), 
no point in trying to match the count differences for open and close marks.

Just a fraction of the tabular data is marked thus.
 
Scores of tables were typed as pure text with just "space separation", thus losing the "visibility".
