NYRnm/M

Wilfully ignoring the differences in samboDane / saMboDane.

Will handle them later, once other differences are sorted out.
If I ignore NYRnm/M in meld generically, genuine errors may also get masked.
So, I intend to correct all other cases, and then ignore them later on in second run.
