Here is the link of the "Vachaspatyam-Doubles" file. Doubles are the words that are opened form their brackets. Errors in head words also noted down in red.
Eg.- (last but one case in the excel file, Sheet- "Solved")
38188 yudh(dhya) yudh(dhā) yudh yudhā
Wrong head word is "yudh(dhya)". Corrected head word is "yudh(dhā)". Then on opening the bracket we get two words- yudh and yudhā.
Where there is no error in head word- it is unchanged. Hope this helps.

@funderburkjim Shalu does not know how to upload files so I said Dropbox will do. Doubles are words that might be new - never present in any dictionary. Please ask questions because it would be strange to have none. I was working together with Anton initially on this file a year ago, Shalu stared it once again from the roots lately and the opening of brackets is finished now.

It looks like the 'oldword/newword/ columns are intended to provide a solution to the alternative spelling
indicated by the author by the use of parenthesized parts.
At first glance, some solutions look right and some look wrong.
Some programmatic work could likely extend what has been done to completion.

It looks like the part after abhiyya is a sequential list of all headwords --- it appears unrelated to the
main part of the study[Q?]

To make use of this file, it would be helpful to have it in a tab-delimited form. Since I don't have excel, this
would be best done by you.

Completion of these alternates seems like another interesting project to approach post-faultfinder.
Is there some use which you think should be attempted more immediately?

some look wrong - I'm willing to see at least one, because a four times proofreading was done. Tab-delimeted .txt file will do? post-faultfinder sounds just fine, if we can finish it by end of August. abhiyya question relates to @Shalu411

Example of one that is wrong is first one, 741 ajaikapAda(d) new word shows as djaikapAda; this is wrong,
it should be ajaikapAd.

Tab-delimited txt file would be fine.
